Register

Registering is quick and easy and should take about 10 minutes.

Before you start, please keep the following in mind:

If you are unsure about any question, simply skip it. We can follow up with you later if needed.
Once you submit your registration, you won't be able to edit the information yourself. If you need to make changes, please contact us.
You can register if you live in Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania or Western Australia, or if you have received spleen-related medical care in one of these states.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept registrations from people living in ACT, New South Wales, Northern Territory or South Australia, as the service is not funded in these states and territories.
You will receive confirmation as soon as your registration has been submitted.
